Internet Seedling Order Form
To place an order for seedlings, please fill out the following form and submit. It will be sent to the Sales Department. Your order will then be confirmed according to the following schedule, and a confirmation will be mailed.

Non-Industrial private woodland owners for reforestation or afforestation (Own fewer than 5,000 acres and do not operate a mill) Year Round

Orders are subject to seedling availability, status will be mailed or e-mailed at receipt of order.

Terms and Conditions:

At no time will seedlings be shipped or released from the Nursery without payment in full.

After July 1st a 25% deposit is required to place order. After November 1st orders will be invoiced for full amount due. After December 1st payment in full will be required to place an order. Orders with no deposit paid may be cancelled. Orders not paid in full or not picked up after 2 weeks of notice will be subject to cancellation.

Beginning December 1st orders cancelled in whole or part will be subject to a cancellation fee up to the amount cancelled.
